Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US) We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Shipping options, carriers, and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mj@mj-james.com as soon as possible so we can work to resolve the issue. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage immediately.
